Throat Chakra Tea
Drink this tea to aid in communication, support an open throat chakra and soothe soreness and tightness from physical, emotional or energetic challenges. Marshmallow has been traditionally used as a cough suppressant as it has potential to reduce pain, swelling and congestion. Marshmallow has also been used to support the gut lining and promote wellness in the digestive tract.
Mullein is said to be an antioxidant and anti-inflammatory that soothes raw and inflamed channels in the body, especially the throat. Mullein has also been used to support wellness in the lungs.
Slippery Elm contains mucilage that becomes a slick gel when mixed with water. This property is known to soothe and cool inflamed tissue in the body making it an ideal ingredient in any soothing herbal blend.
Licorice is well loved for its sweet flavor, making it a great plant to work with for those who crave sweets or feel the need to nourish their Earth element. Suggested Use: Add a spoonful of tea to 8oz of hot water. Steep 5-10 minutes and enjoy!
